Under the slogan Evolution for those who cook, Progás and Braesi hope to continue growing along with the entire food sector, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, individual enterprises and event companies. 

The range of products offered by the companies is produced in an industrial complex of 20,000 m² of built area in Caxias do Sul – RS and with the support of around 400 employees. In it, Progás and Braesi carry out from the manufacture of metal sheets to complex manufacturing systems, supported by high-tech machinery that optimizes their production.




Progás Indústria Metalúrgica started its activities on May 18, 1989,

through its creator Mr. Jorge Martins and his wife Rosimeri Fontanella. The company was located in the Cruzeiro neighborhood, in Caxias do Sul, and was born with well-defined parameters: it would be a company specialized in the manufacture of equipment for gastronomy.


Progás and Braesi keep growing

Today, inserted in an entrepreneurial business context, professionalized and with high technological capacity, Progás and Braesi do not stop growing and standing out. Result of serious and responsible management, which prioritizes development and has human capital as its greatest value, with the strength and support of approximately 400 employees, in addition to customers throughout the country and abroad, representatives and suppliers.
