Braesi turns 49 this month, it is a story of years full of successes and innovations, with many talented and inspiring people who have been part of our journey.

It all started on April 15, 1974, when Braesi started as a traditional food equipment company in Caxias do Sul-RS.

In 1998, Braesi joined forces with Progás (founded in 1989), and together, they began to provide quality equipment for the most diverse gastronomy sectors, such as bakeries, confectioneries, snack shops, restaurants and much more.

In 2017, the companies underwent a visual transformation that modernized the logos and introduced a new slogan: “evolution for those who cook”.

Braesi, together with Progás, hopes to continue growing in the entire food sector, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, individual businesses and event companies.

The range of products offered by the companies is produced with the support of around 400
employees in an industrial complex with a 20,000m² built area in Caxias do Sul.

It ranges from the manufacture of sheet metal to complex manufacturing systems, supported by high-tech machinery that optimizes production.

All of this is the result of serious and responsible management, which prioritizes development and has its greatest value in human capital, with the strength and support of approximately 400 employees, as well as customers spread across the country and abroad, representatives and suppliers.

Braesi carries the word “evolution” at its core, and has sought to transform the experience of those who cook since its inception.
